Newborn seals are severely endangered because of tourists
In the middle of February the south-west waters of Vladivostok turn into a huge delivery room for the far-eastern seal. But this season, the newborns face death because of a local tourist agency.
The new internet advertisement invites everyone to participate in the «winter seal» excursion. The tours provides a unique possibility to have a look at the live of extremely beautiful animals.
These tours can easily scare the animals and even worse kill the newborns since they are almost unrecognisable from the snow.
