The historical sight on Alekseevsakaya hill faces demolishment
The Vladivostok’s community pointed out that the administration of the city decided to use one of Vladivostok’s historical sights for construction. The Alekseevskaya hill was founded back in the time when Vladivostok was founded itself. It marks the crossing of coordinates.
The rocky hill was decided to be used for construction even thought it was prohibited by the governor of Primorye.
The hill is important for Vladivostok from a historical point of view. It stores a geodesic point that is still being used and preserved by the state.
