Oleg Kozhemiako asked Vladimir Putin to prohibit transit of Chinese tourists through Vladivostok

Oleg Kozhemiako asked Vladimir Putin to prohibit again transportation of Chinese tourists together with residents of Russia. As an alternative, he proposed charter flights from Moscow to Beijing.

From March 29 to April 6 1947 residents of China transited through Vladivostok. Among those,  85 new cases of COVID-19 have been already proven. All of the tourists arrived from Moscow after spending 8 hours in the plan with Primorye citizens.

The governor asked the ministry of transport to temporary prohibit using Vladivostok as a transit destination for all of the foreign tourists. However, Vladimir Putin didn’t say anything regarding this proposition.
