Beach revolution is promised to Vladivostok

This summer a global « reload » of Vladivostok’s beaches is expected. The citizens are waiting for new points of attraction. But an even more ambitious project lies ahead - the Primorye capital is waiting for a forty-kilometer promenade along the coast.

Azat Islaev, deputy head of Vladivostok: "We have been given an ambitious task by the head of the city and the governor - to develop a concept for a large embankment on the Amur Bay. Its length will be 42 kilometers, no matter how ambitious it may sound. It is to be from the Mayak to De-Friz! It will take a lot of time».

A promenade with natural pavement, shady islands, bicycle paths, cafes, rocking swings, and more, more, more. Such promenades along the coast all over the world attract tourists, and Vladivostok can outrun them all - the Croisette in Cannes or English Boulevard in Nice, Copacabana in Rio and Taellet in Tel Aviv.
